Shipping policy

For orders to be shipped within Italy, we use different shipping companies. Our standard delivery time is 48 hours from the time the courier picks up the order from our warehouse.

For international deliveries, delivery times can vary from 3 to 10 business days. Each order is placed under your own responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for goods and food products that cannot be imported into the country of destination of the order. Luchinos srl is unable to refund undelivered international purchases and recommends choosing the parcel tracking option to avoid problems and misunderstandings.

Luchinos srl does not charge extra administrative fees. Shipping costs will be charged as specified in the commercial offer and are not included in the cost of the product unless specified in the minimum order requirements.
