Refund policy

We cannot offer returns on food, beverages, or merchandise, but if you are dissatisfied with your order or service, please email us at ordini@pastacrok.com and we will do everything we can to apologize and make you happy again.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and ensure it is resolved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Replacements
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
